Join guidance, interaction and experience events planned by supporters. The person who planned it guides and accompanies you.
How it works
Enter the date, place and what you need help with. You can also request a specific supporter by name.
Supporters who can help apply to your request. Compare their profiles and prices.
You see a breakdown at the price of the supporter you chose. You pay only once you are happy with the amount.
By chat or call right away, or meet in person. During a call you can both see each other's location on the map.
For events planned by supporters, just check the fee and sign up.

What you can ask for
abay does not hold a travel agency registration, so what you can ask a supporter for is limited to what falls outside the Travel Agency Act.
When you make a booking or a purchase yourself, a supporter can interpret and guide you through it. That helps when the counter staff don't share your language, or the screen is unreadable. What you cannot ask for is having someone book it in your place.
Pricing
abay is a platform that provides matching, payments, and communication tools for travelers and supporters. Services such as interpretation, accompaniment, and events are provided directly to travelers by supporters.
* Neither abay nor supporters book or arrange third-party services such as transportation tickets, accommodation, or admission tickets.
